How about we make next month a health and wellbeing month?
You know what would be good for you right now… For example, is it:
- ditching the processed/ junk “food” and drink ?
- eating more vegetables? Cooked or raw?
- eating more fruit?
- drinking more water?
- getting some more sleep?
- taking some exercise or stopping doing so much?

Getting up early....
I love it. I think better in the mornings. I now know this is because my histamine levels are lower at this time. Going to get my mum up. She has dementia and I am worrying that, as the clocks go back today she will miss having a carer for an hour.
Grabbing a melon for breakfast (yes, the whole melon) to take with me….
