Getting up early....
I love it. I think better in the mornings. I now know this is because my histamine levels are lower at this time. Going to get my mum up. She has dementia and I am worrying that, as the clocks go back today she will miss having a carer for an hour.  Grabbing a melon for breakfast (yes, the whole melon) to take with me….

Green salad smoothie
I just blended half a large cucumber, 3 cherry tomatoes, a small lettuce,  and 4 sticks of celery with a little water to drink while I thought about what else to eat.
