Breakfast Green smoothie, pear and apple ‘porridge” ( earlier post) Snack fruit such as an apple celery sticks carrot sticks  Lunch  Salad leaves  some bean sprouts cucumber uncooked sweetcorn dressing - lemon juice Snack 2 or 3 medjool dates ( can get joint pain from too many of these!) or other fruit Evening green smoothie Cooked Sweet potato with home made houmous...

Food poisoning
A contributing factor?  I have often wondered.  i have had it at least twice in my life. I did not change my diet overnight. I changed one step at a time, one day at a time. For me that was the only way and i still get it wrong at times. Thank you for asking. x

Apple Pancakes
I had a big urge for cake and cake in the dehydrator takes some time so I had to think quick. I made some little griddle cakes  I used wholemeal flour( about 4oz) 2 small apples grated some coconut water to bind and one medjool date chopped ( I cannot eat many of these but can get away with one).  Mix together and then shape into little cakes and cook in a frying pan or on the griddle.
