No 'Poo
Yes…I have not used shampoo since Christmas when I had my hair shaved off as I discovered that firstly, my hair had gone white under the hair dye and secondly, every part of my face that my dyed hair touch was burning. agapeton:
Wow, I never thought that I’d see something like this in the NYTimes! However, I would have loved to see chronic illness mentioned.
I completely agree with the things you SHOULD say, but the NEVERS kind of bother me. Okay yes, you are the sick one and it is hard, but have you ever stopped to think about how hard it is for the people that care about you? I’m...

nichtraunzen:

My hair looks ok although I think I can’t get it completly clean with just water. How are you guys doing it? How long will it take for my scalp to adapt? Are there other ways?

starcrossed-voyager asked: Just wanted to say hello and give you kudos for the "food journey" you've undertaken. I stumbled across your blog by accident, and quickly got hooked. It's very inspiring to me, as I'm also just starting on my way to a completely raw diet.. maybe even (almost) vegetarian.
To nutshell it, I've had certain health issues since I was little (am 24 now) that...
