Chop some fruit into a fruit salad and eat while watching TV. Instead of sweets and cakes. Safe to “binge” on these.

The Reluctant Raw Foodist: Easy ways to add some...
Try this: Carry an apple with you everywhere, every day. Eat when hungry or when on a break.
If you already eat one apple each day then try carrying two.
This small change will mean that you will eat at least 7 pieces of fruit a week.

Well done if you even managed one thing. never mind if you didn’t. Today is a new day. Take an apple with you wherever you are going, perhaps? x

What is all this self hatred?
I read all these worries on my dashboard. How you binged and now hate yourself. How you cannot cook and eat takeaways and get fat. How you cannot give up sodas, or sweet things. You cannot imagine life without alcohol, cannot lose weight, cannot eat without purging…. the list goes on.
It is human to do these things. You will not get anywhere by mentally, verbally, even physically beating yourself...

rawcuriosity asked: I have multiple autoimmune illnesses (fibro, relapsing polychondritis, mixed connective tissue disease), horrible allergies, & Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. As embarrassed as I am to admit this (as I'm an adult), I have no cooking abilities whatsoever. But it's become clear (from my diagnoses but also from chronic pain and fatigue) that my diet needs a drastic change. I drink WAY too...
milandrew22-deactivated20130118 asked: How do I find the motivation to become a raw foodist? I mean, I want to be healthy and fit but I just keep resorting to junk food and I feel like I have no self-control. What's something that could change my way of thinking about it to like an "aha moment" where junk food is repulsive?
moremoth asked: The Blackberry and peach flan, with banana and mango ice cream, the very one you blogged, was delicious! I don't care that it was raw. Thanks!

andfakethewayiholdyou asked: Hey, I ordered a smoothie maker yesterday. It's just a nice little cheap one, but enough to get me started. I don't really think green smoothies are for me, but what vegetables would you recommend I put with fruit so I can get them in my smoothie but not actually be able to tell they're there? I just have a very fussy tongue!
nichtraunzen asked: You know I do everything you say ^_^ haha! i'll eat broccoli, zucchinisoup, carrots and apples today (but that's not extraordinary now) :D stupid question by the way: how do I make linseeds sprout? Just putting them in water? or do you buy them that way? sorry if you've already blogged about it. couldn't find it! lots of love :-*
fitnewme-deactivated20130109 asked: I need some raw advice :) Do you think a smoothie with 3 carrots, spinach, banana, pineapple and mango would be nice? Or would it be a bit too much of different things? I know thats a silly question but i was unsure hehe thank you :)

torisefromashes asked: Hi, there! Thanks for so much encouragement. It's a great boost to keep on track! Do you think you could post the list of vegetables that you manage to eat raw? I find I end up eating only a select few vegetables raw -- carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, and a little green bean, broccoli. Lettuce of course. Cabbage is hard without rice vinegar! And I can blend beets. Any enlightenment to...
