…. create new blood, renew your bone marrow, fuel your brain, ease your mind, make your lungs work, support your immune system, heal your skin (including that tattoo you had done yesterday), keep your digestive system working smoothly, lubricate your joints, repair and build your muscles, ………
What will you eat to do all that?
.. or should I say self- torture..? I am amazed at how many posts I see on extreme dietary restriction. If you continue to eat “400 calories today” you will hurt yourself and your body will rebel and binge. This is not a way to lose weight! This is a way to illness.
You would not torture your best friend. Why would you hurt yourself in this way?
Ate an apple before going for a run/jog/walk ( I am still getting myself back into this). Now drinking a green smoothie made up of a large ripe banana, a whole little gem lettuce, 3 large sticks of celery, and a cup of water. Yum!
I want to do a lot of work today and my experience is that nothing clears the brain fog like raw food.
… It would be so nice to feel normal again and not to have to keep a tight control on what I eat.
Would you do it? Why? Why not? What will you lose? What will you gain? What will happen if you do it? What will happen if you don’t do it? What will it take to make you make that change? How ill do you have to get before you will try it for size? How much pain?
Ha! Does he know what he is…
