How we change...
I used to love sweets, cakes and biscuits. I remember I used to give up sweet sugary stuff for the period of Lent. I did not do it for religious reasons particularly, but to try to educate my body to want less sugar. Every year I used to struggle and succumb to temptation.
These days I look at a sweet and do not seem to see it as food although I do get the odd craving for chocolate. I cannot...
