So I am just getting to like my white hair only to find that it is starting to colour up again in patches! I quite liked the all white look as it looked like I meant to have white hair - now it is spotty. Hmmm… I cannot dye it so will have to live with it for the moment. It is currently half an inch all over and looks a bit stark. I will continue to shave it off while it is so irritating!

Sometimes I get quite daunted by what is happening to me but I am determined to keep going. It is the sensitivity to chemicals that is problematic but I am hoping now that a very strict push with my diet might help with this. I am adding in a lot more greens and something is changing.
Most of the time I am very cheerful and both my blog and reading other people’s posts have been very useful for keeping me on track.
I was renown for being out for breakfast, coffee, lunch, tea, dinner or supper - all my business and social networking involved food! Going raw, when I didn’t actually want to lose my foodie way of life, involved a change of mindset that took a little time but I love my diet now so it isn’t a hardship :))
- A dear and thoughtful friend: I bought fresh danish pastries for tea but as you cannot eat them I bought you some fruit.
- Me: That's great.
- Friend: They looked so lovely. Do you mind?
- Me: No, not at all.
- Friend (who is disabled): Will you put the cakes on a plate for me?
- Me: Sure.
- Friend: Are you sure it doesn't offend you if we eat them in front of you?
- Me (now cutting up a cake for my friend and chopping an apple for me): To be honest I am just thinking that they no longer look like food to me….

I don’t really have a favourite raw food recipe. I love my fruits and veggies. Just had a pear and alfalfa smoothie and it was fab :)
I took a probiotic and wished I hadnt as I reacted very badly to it so this didnt help. It was stupid of me to try something like that.
I am awake already this morning so I have had very little sleep.

Finding it difficult to sleep now after 2 texts woke me up. I must remember to put my phone off at night as most people do not go to bed as early as I do.
I have a lot of joint pain after an exposure to a smelly cleaning chemical today. So I am awake on tumblr x
I do not eat or drink the following:
alcohol,
sodas (I drink sparkling water),
some vegetables such as white potatoes and spinach, (sometimes I try a little spinach),
cheese (I can eat a little feta or goat’s cheese but do not usually have this much now),
milk,
meat,
fish,
fermented…
I don’t understand the fruit part?
Oh because these particular fruits are high in histamine and I have a condition that makes it difficult for me to process too much histamine.
