faceallmymistakesandgrow-deacti asked: hey, i was wondering - how long did it take for raw foods to help you alleviate your symptoms?
kaadri asked: I know you have a complicated background which led you to raw food, but I'm looking to improve my diet and overall health. How long did it take for you to start losing weight? xx
ohnoihavegonewrong asked: Just wanted to say that your blog is fantastic and a truly informative read. I completely agree with you about starvation diets and you seem so clued up on everything - it obviously took a lot of work. Well done!

Brain fog is horrible. I can get a lot of brain fog and short term memory loss with my condition. Mental clarity has been a great side effect of my change in diet and lifestyle. There are times when I feel much more like my old self.

It is very difficult to have junk foods around when you are trying to give them up. I succumbed many times before I finally managed it. Don’t give up :))
mellifluouswonders asked: I feel like I have a weird eating disorder. I always force myself to eat a pure raw GGS but then binge on unhealthy junk food. I never buy junk food, it is because my mom buys some for the kids to just snack once in awhile. We have lots of healthy fruits and veggies. But I need to control myself from the pantry closet.

Planning….
I am running a training course tomorrow for a large company. Just thinking about what food I will take with me for the day. Usually there is nothing much available in the staff restaurant that I am able to eat that will not cause me to have an adverse reaction.

So many people ask me about going raw so I thought I would post this:
By raw food I mean fruit, vegetables , nuts and seeds .. I do not eat raw meat or fish..
